Holiday Season Self-Care: Max Meditation System (TM) Evenings Nov 28, Dec 2 and Dec 5th

Join me on November 28th at Trillium Healing Center for some holiday season self care using the  Max Meditation System (TM). Come give yourself the gift of a quiet mind and explore gratitude as the hectic holiday times come upon us.

Max Meditation is a complete system of meditation based on western and eastern traditions. It is practical and accessible to anyone, whether or not you have any experience with meditation previously. It is both a starting point and a re-entry point for many into finding access to a quiet mind.

November Max Meditation goes from 7:30 to 9 pm. Please arrive by 7:20 to settle in – meditation starts promptly at 7:30.

Drop-in price $20 with cash or check.

Credit card drop-in rate $25.

Trillium Healing Center is located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle in the Aries Building.

2366 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102, Room 237. Note that Room 237 is on the 2nd floor, Southside.  Parking: Free Parking lot behind building. Spaces appear reserved but are actually available to anyone during non-business hours. Use backdoor to gain entry.

The Max Meditation System (TM)

Max Meditation System (TM) is a complete method for meditation created by Dr. Gudni Gudnason after the study of both Eastern and Western forms of meditation. This meditation combines multiple relaxation techniques, both guided and non-guided meditation forms, and visualization offering an easy method for beginners or assisting experienced meditators to go even deeper. It provides effective techniques to advance in meditation particularly for busy, full western minds and bodies.

Some of the many benefits of this meditation include:
–Less stress and tension in the body before going to bed,
–A clearer and more quiet mind at the end of the week,
–Increased clarity and bandwidth, creative energy, and vitality,

New! Max Meditation House Calls

Are you a busy Mom or Professional that doesn’t have time to go out to find meditation?  Do you have at least 3 friends you can convince to come to your house?  Well, if so, I do house calls!  For just $25 per person, a minimum of 4 people, I will come to your house to facilitate a Max Meditation session with you and your friends in the comfort of your own home. All of the same benefits of meditation apply – just at home!  Please contact me at least two weeks in advance to arrange.

Corporate Mindfulness Workshops and Meditation Sessions

Is your company hosting a retreat?  Would you like to incorporate a Mindfulness skill workshop into the day? Would you like to do something different to break-up the day and start your group out with a quiet and rested mind?  I do one, two and three hour mindfulness seminars – each seminar can include a 45 minute Max Meditation Session for your group. Workshops are customized to the corporate culture and group needs but include skills such as gratitude journaling, relaxation techniques, abundance mindset and other ways to access mindfulness in the hustle of the corporate environment. Writing and Healing Retreats – Local or Abroad

The art of journaling and writing, whether it be poetry or otherwise, is a healing and empowering act. As a published poet, meditation facilitator, and healer, I can combine a series of meditation, writing exercises, gratitude and mindfulness practices for a healing weekend or any other length of retreat. I work with small groups to create customized retreats including facilitated writing workshops, meditation sessions, and individual healing appointment opportunities.
