Nourish your Heart: Self-Love Valentine’s Sound Bath and Meditation 

This is an In-Person and Online event. For COVID 19 Safety and according to the Phase I Healthy Washington Reopening Plan In-Person tickets are limited to 10 participants. Online attendance is donation based, and unlimited so anyone can attend regardless of ability to pay and comfort/health/quarantine status. All attendees will be emailed the secure Zoom link before the event and in person attendees will receive the address, parking, and COVID 19 safety protocol instructions.

Meditation and Sound Bath Description

Come nourish yourself and your heart in a self-love focused sound bath and meditation on St. Valentine’s Day. There is no better way to celebrate love than to give yourself the gift of self care and self love. The world is in a state, and there is a lot going on to make our hearts and souls heavy, tired and hurt – sound bath and meditation can clear our minds, raise our vibration and literally fill our hearts with light, love and nourishment. Meditation can also help us release the thoughts and emotions we carry from the collective unconscious, make us feel lighter, clearer, more nourished with a sense of vitality. Let’s use the collective focus on the heart & love this Valentine’s Day, coming together in community in person or online to give ourselves the gift of loving kindness through alchemical self-care. Give yourself some solace, take a breath, close your eyes and come fill your heart.

This sound bath and meditation experience is perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike. No prior experience meditating is necessary and the entire experience will be guided.

Are you a busy Mom or Professional that doesn’t have time to go out to find meditation?  Do you have at least 3 friends you can convince to come to your house?  Well, if so, I do house calls!  For just $25 per person, a minimum of 4 people, I will come to your house to facilitate a Max Meditation session with you and your friends in the comfort of your own home. All of the same benefits of meditation apply – just at home!  Please contact me at least two weeks in advance to arrange.

Corporate Mindfulness Workshops and Meditation Sessions

Is your company hosting a retreat?  Would you like to incorporate a Mindfulness skill workshop into the day? Would you like to do something different to break-up the day and start your group out with a quiet and rested mind?  I do one, two and three hour mindfulness seminars – each seminar can include a 45 minute Max Meditation Session for your group. Workshops are customized to the corporate culture and group needs but include skills such as gratitude journaling, relaxation techniques, abundance mindset and other ways to access mindfulness in the hustle of the corporate environment. Two Hour Session Group Base Rate: $500-$2000

Three Hour Session Group Base Rate: $750-$3000

Depending on number of students and detail of pre-planning,  and accreditation requirements for Continuing Legal Education.

Writing and Healing Retreats – Local or Abroad

The art of journaling and writing, whether it be poetry or otherwise, is a healing and empowering act. As a published poet, meditation facilitator, and healer, I can combine a series of meditation, writing exercises, gratitude and mindfulness practices for a healing weekend or any other length of retreat. I work with small groups to create customized retreats including facilitated writing workshops, meditation sessions, and individual healing appointment opportunities.
