It is scary right now. There is a world wide pandemic, a new virus, economic uncertainty, stress, tension, isolation – you name it. At the same time we have all been given a gift – (if we are not a front line hero saving lives, ensuring we are fed, delivering our mail Thank You!!!) – we have the gift of TIME. Time to build an inner foundation so strong that not even a global pandemic can shake it.

Now is the time to look inward, to face your fears and learn and practice new techniques to move beyond them.
